Connect to your ZNC and use your account web panel

Identify ZNC access details, configure your client, distinguish the connection password from NickServ and review networks in your web panel.

What you receive after payment and setup

After payment is confirmed, the order reviewed and your account prepared, we send the server, port, TLS setting, name of each network and web panel address. Use the username and password agreed when ordering.

Access is to your own account with up to three networks. The panel does not provide global server administration or access to other users. Request missing delivery details in the service ticket.

Configure the bouncer as your client’s server

In mIRC, HexChat, irssi, WeeChat or a compatible client, add the ZNC server and port. Use TLS with the secure configuration provided. Do not substitute the IRC network server: the client should connect to the bouncer.

Connection authentication uses username/network:password, with the network name supplied on delivery. It can differ from the network’s public domain. Set up a separate connection for each network.

ZNC access and network identity are different

The ZNC password authenticates you to the bouncer. NickServ or SASL authenticates your registered account to the network. They do not need to match. Configure network authentication with available modules and keep passwords out of channels.

ZNC can maintain a session when your client is closed, but the external network can disconnect or block a connection. Retrieved history depends on the configured buffer; it is not an unlimited archive of every conversation.

Use the web panel and report useful details

Use your web panel address to review networks, channels and preferences within enabled permissions. The service limit remains three networks and the username cannot be changed after creation.

For connection problems, report the client, network, time and error, and confirm whether TLS is required. Keep passwords and private details out of public channels.
