Terms of Service

1. Services

At servicios.radioenlinea.org, Radio en Línea provides Eggdrop IRC bots, the Telegram ↔ IRC bot and ZNC accounts, as described and priced on this site at the time of ordering. Online radio hosting and website design are ordered at radioenlinea.org.

2. Order review

Every order is subject to review before it is activated. If it doesn't meet these terms we may reject it, and if an active service stops meeting them we may suspend or cancel it. We'll let you know by email. If we reject an order before activating it, we refund what you paid.

By placing an order you accept these terms and those of the service you order, which are also shown on each service page and in the order form.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include 16% Mexican VAT (IVA); amounts shown in other currencies are only an approximate reference. Monthly services are paid in advance for the chosen period: monthly, 3 months (3% off), 6 months (5% off) or yearly (10% off).

4. Renewal and suspension

Services renew when the next period is paid. If a payment is not received on time, the service may be suspended until it is settled.

5. Availability

We offer 99.9% monthly uptime on our servers. This figure excludes scheduled maintenance and interruptions from external causes we don't control, such as failures at the data center, network or DNS providers, IRC networks, Telegram or other platforms, or third-party attacks. If a failure occurs, we work to restore service as soon as possible.

6. Acceptable use

Services may not be used for illegal activity, spam, attacks on other systems, or to broadcast content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend a service that breaks these rules.

7. Copyright and licensing

Each customer is responsible for holding the licenses or permissions required for the music and content they broadcast or publish under the laws of their country.

8. Accounts and security

Customers are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential and for the use of their account. Let us know immediately if you notice unauthorized access.

9. Eggdrop radio and trivia bots

Each order is one Eggdrop bot on one IRC network, in the channels you give us. It uses a shared IPv4 address and doesn't include its own vhost.
We only connect it to networks that allow bots. You check that your network and your channels accept it.
Clones, flooding, spam, ban evasion, attacks, channel takeovers and using the bot to control other bots are not allowed.
We install Tcl scripts that we review and find safe. We may refuse to install, or remove, a script that puts the server or other customers at risk.
AI is optional: we install it for free, but its usage and API key are on you, under the AI provider's terms. We're not responsible for its charges, limits or answers.
On the trivia bot, you're responsible for the content of any questions you send us.

10. ZNC

Each account is for one person and includes up to 3 IRC networks. It uses a shared IPv4 address and doesn't include its own vhost.
Your ZNC username can't be changed after it's created. You're responsible for whatever is done with your username and password.
You may not use the ZNC to connect bots, clones or proxies, or for flooding, spam, ban evasion or attacks.
ZNC stores on the server the messages you receive while you're away, to deliver them when you come back.

11. Telegram ↔ IRC bot

Each order bridges one Telegram group with one IRC channel. You must be an admin of the group and have permission from whoever runs the IRC channel.
Messages on each side are copied to the other with the sender's name. Let your community know the conversation is bridged.
You must follow Telegram's terms and the IRC network's rules. The bridge may not be used for spam or flooding.

12. Rules shared by bots and ZNC

Bots and ZNC run from IPv4 addresses shared with other customers and have no setup or maintenance fees.
We are not responsible if an IRC network or Telegram rejects, limits or blocks the connection (for example because of its rules on bots, bouncers or shared IPs).
SSL depends on the IRC server supporting it, and the connection to each network is not guaranteed.
Misuse (spam, flooding, attacks, ban evasion or breaking a network's rules) may lead to cancellation of the service.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices. Price changes do not affect periods already paid.
