What data we collect
Only the data you send us when contacting us or ordering: name, email, the service you're interested in and the information needed to provide and bill it.
How we use it
To answer your questions, activate and maintain your services, send you account notices and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. If you add AI to an Eggdrop bot, what people write to the bot is sent to the AI provider you choose, with your API key and under that provider's own terms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to learn which pages are visited, for how long and from what kind of device and country, so we can improve the site. It only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the notice; if you reject them, it isn't loaded. These cookies (_ga and _ga_*) last up to 2 years and the data is processed on Google's servers, which may be outside your country. We don't use advertising cookies. You can change your choice any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Your browser also stores the currency and theme you choose, and your cookie choice.
