Agree on the destinations before connecting
Each order connects one Telegram group with a channel on the specified network. Check the group link, server and exact channel name. You need permission to administer the group and connect the bot to the channel.
The owner nick identifies the responsible user on IRC. It does not replace the Telegram administrator role or grant other group members additional permissions.
Tell the community before enabling the bridge
Configured messages are relayed between both spaces with the sender identified. Explain shared conversations in the rules and a pinned message. Do not connect a private space to a public one without the responsible parties’ consent.
Define moderation on each side and who responds to spam or prohibited content. Telegram and network rules continue to apply to bridged conversations.
Test messages and permissions after delivery
After payment confirmation and setup, you receive the group, channel and enabled instructions by email. Send a short test from each side and check names and destinations.
Use the commands delivered for your service where applicable. Do not assume that every Eggdrop command is available on a bridge. We administer its technical configuration.
Request changes for the correct service
Open a ticket when the group, channel or owner changes before requesting a new destination. Explain the change and confirm administrators’ permissions. Avoid duplicate bridges that can repeat messages.
Report the time, source side and observed behavior. Share only what is needed, without keys or entire private conversations.
